I bought 2 LG G flexes and a Sony Xperia Z1s in February because they were the top of the line phones. I decide to change to T-mobile because they seemed to be such a forward thinking company. Unfortunately, I was rewarded with HORRIBLE service!!! I have never had such poor call quality and the billing department has gotten my bill wrong every month. Also, every other carrier has updated the LG G flex to KitKat weeks ago and still nothing with T-Mobile. Again, I bought the Z1s because it was the top of the line and it hasn't been updated. I don't have a contract, but I will have to pay for my phones to get out of T-mobile. The service is so TERRIBLE that this is probably will pay the $2000 to switch to another carrier. If you are with T-Mobile be aware before renewing and if your not, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
