My small (8GB) of memory was full, so I moved 1 GB of HD video from my phone to my laptop (MacBook). After I copied the files to my laptop, I deleted them from my phone (In case it matter: did this on my laptop; my phone was connected as a USB to the computer, and on my computer I moved the phone files to the trash). After I deleted the files from my phone, the phone still said I had no memory. I turned it off and back on... same thing. Took the battery out; took the SD card out... same thing. THe files do not show up on my phone, but the memory space is not restored.
So then I reconnected my phone to my laptop and copied my whole DCIM folder (containing another GB of pictures and music) to the laptop and then deleted the DCIM folder from my phone. I disconnected, powered down, but still no memory space (the phone recreated its own DCIM folder, but it is empty.
It's like there is a memory leak. Any thoughts?
