How do I get rid of this???? I did not download any apps. All I did was upgrade my soft ware & your apps like visual voice. I can not use voice commands because this keeps coming up no matter what search engine I use. ( I did down load virus & ad kill apps AFTER it appeared ) also if i am on my mobile phone how do I reply to your questions, I could not find a reply icon. also please please do not shut this case until a fix is found. Since I could not find a reply icon i could not reply until i was in front of a computer. And with kids & 2 jobs your 'close ' is a short turn around time. This is only 2 of 3 screen shots. that's how big this web page is. it is definitely T Mobile. If not they are piggy backing on your company so that it looks real. There are links on the bottom, for T Mobile careers & a link to Mobile's Facebook page. Also please have other ways to reply. I don't use Facebook or twitter & had to change settings - now I am on Google+ just to reply, I detest Google+ and all of it's intrusive circles. 10 years from now do you want all of your personal information out there? I don't.
