Since the update to Android 4.3. I had nothing but problems with the wireless connection of my T-Mobile Samsung S4. I was promised that it would all be fixed with the update to KitKat Android version 4.4.2
Well, guess what? It worked for a few days and now I have the same problem.
I am soooo tired of having applications closed, phone calls dropped etc.
I don't even want to talk to T-Mobile anymore since they don't offer any real solutions. I talked to them 4 or 5 times over the last 3 month and received 5 different "solutions"
Should you encounter the same problem, do NOT
1. Do a hard or factory reset. That will NOT fix the problem
2. Do NOT replace the SIM card. That does absolutely nothing
3. Do NOT replace the phone. Same problem occurred immediately
4. Do NOT believe them when they say that the upgrade will fix the problem.
All this happened to me and I seriously ask myself why I am giving T-Mobile $2,500 a year for equipment that does not work.
