I have the $30/month 100 minute/Unlimited Data (First 5GB at 4G) plan. At first I thought it was something that's happened before. With my plan, for some reason, I will randomly lose data access for part of the day before my plan renews.
I've been trying to access spotify all day from work. Pandora, web, speedtest, everything else i've tried works fine. When I tried to open spotify, I was greeted with the message "no internet connection available" across the bottom of the screen.
I tried clearing all data through the spotify settings menu, with the same results. I also tried completely uninstalling spotify, rebooting the phone, and re-installing. When attempting to login to the newly installed app, It sits there for 5-10 seconds, like it's trying to login, then displays "No internet connection".
Once I got home, I enabled wifi on my phone, and connected to spotify with no problem. Mobile is not working.
I am just curious if my access to spotify may be limited by T-Mobile. I have only used 1.7GB for this entire billing period, and I probably average about 2.5-3GB.
