I have recently been having a lot of problems with AT&T and recently switched over to T-Mobile. Since day 1 I have been able to send SMS/MMS. I had been experiancing issues with recieving MMS messages with AT&T and they said they refused to troubleshoot my issue. When I switched to T-mobile I became able to send and recieve MMS from anyone else on T-Mobile. However, I cannot receive MMS from anyone that is not on T-Mobile. I have tried the generic troubleshooting methods (rebooting phone/taking sim card out/checking APN/Switching network operators) as well as contacting T-Mobile multiple times to resolve the issue. I'm wondering if there is anything else that I could do on my end that I haven't found through searching Google.
To reiterate:
I can send SMS to anyone
I can send MMS to anyone
I can receive SMS from anyone
I can receive MMS from only myself/T-mobile numbers
I can not receive MMS from AT&T/Verizon/etc. carriers
This has been going on for 3 weeks now and I cannot get anyone to help me.
