Resolution Steps

1. Check the device procedures to make sure that the keypad is not locked.
2. Remove any covers, cases, or skins that may be covering the buttons or keypads and try to press the malfunctioning keys.
3. If a button appears to be stuck, gently try and wiggle the button from side to side with their finger to pop it back into place.
