Hi there, I've been using Galaxy S5 for a while now but today I tried installing Lollipop update but it failed. It says "The operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorized way. Try downloading software updates using Samsung Kies on your PC, or visit a customer service center". I don't know what kind of unauthorized way. I've searched over Internet but didn't find an answer and I didn't even rooted my phone. Help Please!
