Hey there guys! I'm having a problem with my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy s5.. the phone itself doesn't lag or heat, but my Internet or data is very slow even though my coverage map says I have very good signal with LTE... I only get semi good signal during night, but not that good. I pay $80 dollars a month for unlimited 4G LTE, but rarely use it because 4G works a little bit faster with loading any YouTube video.
I have call customer care and they have offer to mail this phone back to them and get one from them... the only thing I don't like is that I'll just get another used phone and not fresh out the box like I payed for this one. If anyone out there had or have the same problem please help me out.
