I was looking for text/call history for a prepaid account i had about 6 months ago so i could find a number to find someone. I called support and they told me that they cant give me the records. That the most they could do is just varify the number. What kind of BS is this? They have MY logs, but refuse to give me the information. Why? ATT doesnt do that. Verizon doesnt do that. Sprint doesnt do that. Seriously rethinking my cellphone provider.
PS: Not the first time T-Mobile has upset me.
