Hello,
I bought a Sony Xperia L online, and since it was an unlocked phone, I was able to use it just by transferring my sim card into it. I do not use mobile data; I have it off at all times. I only use the wifi. I have never had issues doing regular texting. But for some reason, every time I receive picture messages or group texts, I got a message saying, "Message not downloaded." I also cannot send any out either.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to resolve this.
