I ordered a galaxy note 4 I specifically told the rep I need it to be delivered in a certain way because i work saturday sunday my apartment mon - fri my job she told me you guys overnight when its next day air I call back I got nothing but empty promises I never received a callback from one rep a rude customer service rep who blind transferred me I want corporate information to file my complaint. I was promised so many thing and tmobile has failed miserable shipped it wrong, no callbacks, told it could be rerouted when she called back it can't be rerouted and yet I can't pick it up from a store so what am I suppose to do this is a mix up on your behalf and im the one paying for it.
