Troubleshoot issues syncing your text messages (SMS) to your email account in Microsoft Exchange using an Android device.
Enable SMS Sync
- Open Email.
- Press Menu.
- Touch Settings.
- Touch the Exchange email address.
- Touch More (this many not be available in all devices).
- Select or clear the check box for SMS Sync.
Note: For this feature to work, your Exchange server needs to support it. T-Mobile can't support this feature beyond providing these steps. If you have any further issues, please contact your IT department.
