Hello

I'm T-mobile customer and going to buy Lenovo A916 phone for my son. The problem is that have bad experience - the Lenovo GSM phone that my sone used in Europe (in different- 5-6 countries) don't even work in T-mobile network. Looks likes bands problem.

Now, i'm going to buy this phone (Lenovo A916), but don't sure

1. does it work in T-mobile netowrk

2. what's about 4g support

Here are phone specs

GSM 900/1800MHz, WCDMA 900/1900/2100MHz, FDD LTE1800/2100MHz

And here are T-mobile bands (as i understand)

Quote:

  T-Mobile 4G (HSPA+)
With 4G, theoretical maximum download speeds range from 21 Mbps up to 42 Mbps.
Our 4G network operates on the 1700 MHz and 2100 MHz frequencies. We use 1700 MHz and 2100 MHz frequencies to use voice and data services. You'll need a phone that supports 1700 MHz and 2100 MHz to connect to our 4G network.

Any advice will be appreciated

P.s. pls don't tell me to go to T-mobile support - it's just waste of time.

thank you
