Hi,
I purchased a Blu Advance 4.0 phone and have been using it successfully w/T Mobile.
I am now spending some time in Canada on business and now have no connectivity, it was lost the moment I crossed the border and I am in a major metro area (Vancouver, BC). I do not have voice, text or data.
I picked up a pay as you go SIM here in Canada (Petro-Canada/Rogers) and it works fine on my phone.
Does anyone have any idea how I might troubleshoot this issue?
Does anyone know which carrier T Mobile uses in Canada?
I have contacted T Mobile support but would like to try to resolve this while I wait to hear back from them or at least get more info.
I also attempted to work with the APN settings with no luck. As I understand APN settings would not affect voice anyway.
