I have One M8 phone and I have an App called as 'IP Cam Viewer' with this I view my home foscam cameras. It worked great with out any issues till I upgraded my phone to Kitkat 4.4.4. After that, the IP Cam Viewer works only if I'm connected to a WIFI (any wifi, outside my home) but when I try to view the cameras using just the Cell network it works only for a while and after that it gives an error saying that the cams are not accessible. Even though I see all bars on the LTE. Then, I go and change my Mobile data option from GSM/WCDMA/LTE to GSM/WCDMA and then it works for a while and stops. Again I go and toggle this option on the phone and it works for a while...yes, it is frustrating.
So I do not know if it is T-mobile issue(Yes, I have T-Mobile), a phone issue or Android Kitkat issue. It is not the app issue as I downloaded multiple cam apps and they all run into this issue. Since this started happening just after the upgrade I suspect it is Kitkat issue - but do not know what exactly it is. I would appreciate any help on this.
